Fermented Cashew and Coconut, a decadently creamy cheese alternative, combining the best of cashew and coconut.
Cashew is fermented, and then aged resulting in characteristic richly flavoured hard cheese alternative.
Fermented cashew is subjected to a second fermentation to develop a soft cover of white mold, irresistible texture and a delicate flavour.
This fermented cashew product is generously spiced with delicious mediteranian herbs. It is soft and creamy - perfect for spreading on sandwich or toast, or to add it on salads or pasta.
